Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout South Africa.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over R1000. Standard and express shipping rates apply for orders under R1000.

How long does delivery take?
Express: 1–2 business days
Standard: 2–5 working days

Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes, free collection is available at any of our stockists. Visit our Stockists page for locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I request an exchange?
Contact us on 082 742 1163 or hello@amorabags.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide return instructions.

Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We do our best to display accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

Do the bags come with a warranty?
Our bags are quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days for an exchange.
